We are hiring a Quantitative Researcher to join our Research & Insights team in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for integrating data-driven insights into our design and strategy processes, using surveys, analytics, and testing to inform and validate our decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute quantitative research studies (surveys, A/B tests, data analysis).
  • Analyze user behavior data from analytics platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for creative and strategy teams.
  • Measure and report on the impact of launched design projects.
  • Collaborate with qualitative researchers to provide a holistic view of user needs.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative research role, preferably in a product or design context.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel) and survey platforms.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design (A/B testing).
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Set Up the Feed Tile & Post Template Pages
Use these blocks to create custom templates for both the feed tile page and the post page. Before publishing, you'll need to configure them.

To set them up:
1. Create a feed tile page and specify template ID 144407996.
2. Create a post page and specify template ID 149671186.
3. Go to Feeds → Select your feed → Feed Settings → Template and choose the post page from the list. View guide
4. Return to the page editor and connect your Feed fields to the corresponding Zero Block elements on both the feed tile page and the post page. View guide

To connect the fields:
Go to the required page and open Zero Block.
Select the element you want to connect to the feed content.
In the element settings, choose the corresponding feed field.
Repeat these steps for all required elements on both the feed tile page and the post page.
